A limited collaboration between Epiphany Coffee and Koenig Distillery, this special release begins with our Radiate blend aged in a Koenig 7 Devils Whiskey barrel before roasting.
Austin Demeter, founder and roast master of Epiphany Coffee, carefully monitors the aging process through regular sampling and cupping until the ideal flavor balance is reached. The result is a smooth, layered coffee with the approachable character of Radiate and added depth from the whiskey barrel.
