it's more than just a caffeinated beverage, as many products are caffeinated, but you never see it inspiring people the way that coffee does. we hope you experience the epiphany that coffee can be more.

Established in 2021, Epiphany Coffee was founded by Austin Demeter with a simple but lasting vision: to roast coffee that inspires, teaches, and creates realizations. Before Epiphany, Austin spent years working in specialty coffee and as an educator — two worlds that continue to shape the brand today.

The name, the light bulb, and the coffee itself all point back to the same idea:
coffee can spark an epiphany 💡

Our impact also reaches beyond the cup. From year one, our seasonal coffees have included artist collaborations, giving local artists a platform through custom label artwork and returning 10% of seasonal coffee sales back to the featured artist. We are also continuing to build direct relationships with coffee producers, including emerging partnerships in El Salvador, as we work toward a more transparent and relational way of sourcing coffee.

Epiphany exists to help people experience coffee as something more thoughtful, connected, educational, and impactful. Whether it is someone’s first truly great cup of coffee, a local artist seeing their work shared in a new way, a farmer relationship growing over time, or a future café owner looking for the right coffee to serve. To support and build confidence for our community to pursue their passion, our hope is the same:
